Flexible and safe

Your stay at “Roam & Retreat” Le Courtal benefits from a discrete, private location where your safety, comfort and well-being are our priority.

Your accommodation is entirely independent. You can have all your meals privately or if preferred shared with us, carefully respecting distances and COVID-19 protocols.

Hygiene and safety paramount. There is a minimum 2 day ‘safety gap’ between each couple/group using our accommodation. 

​

The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are meticulously cleaned. We disinfect all frequently used surfaces: furniture, door handles, light switches, keys… Household linen (sheets, towels, etc.) are cleaned at 60 degrees.

We put at your disposal hydro-alcoholic gel, and in case you forgot it, a mask can be provided.

Flexible cancellation policy for your bookings: 

Standard rate: 30% deposit upon booking, fully refundable up to 14 days before check-in. 

Flexible rate: 30% deposit upon booking, fully refundable up to 5 days before check-in. 

In case of French Government measures which prevent you from coming, your deposit will be refunded.
